Commercial real estate faces another six- to nine-month slump after data released Thursday by the National Association of Realtors showed that brokerage activity fell to its weakest level in 12 years during the fourth quarter. "A lack of commercial credit is a serious threat to the overall economy," Lawrence Yun, chief economist at the NAR, said.
