Wells Fargo to refund fees to veterans who refinanced

Wells Fargo, the largest originator of mortgages in the U.S., has agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit that claims it charged military veterans improperly high fees to refinance their home loans. The bank will refund as much as $10 million total to eligible veterans who refinanced between Jan. 20, 2004, and Oct. 7, 2010.
