Frontier Airlines' plan to trim service at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee leaves the playing field open for other airlines, experts say. "Southwest Airlines is keenly interested in the changing market dynamics in Milwaukee," said Southwest spokesman Brad Hawkins.
