Companies can see fewer, and less-severe, workers' compensation claims by implementing behavior-based safety programs, says Daniel Moran of Quality Safety Edge. Government data and Mercer statistics indicate that every dollar that firms invest in such programs can save them as much as $6 in workers' comp costs, Moran says.
