Report: Most IT workers are confident about their job status

About two-thirds of IT professionals are confident about their current job, and 39% plan to seek new job possibilities this year, a report by Reed Technology says. About three-fourths of companies say they're concerned about turnover, the report says. "Technology employers are feeling confident to invest in talent and it is encouraging that this has now translated into confidence for workers to look for new roles too," Reed's Andrew Gardner says.
