Cargo airlines: Cargo pilots need different rest rules

Cargo airlines say pilot rest rules should not be as stringent for cargo pilots as for passenger pilots. "Cargo networks involve fewer flight legs and more opportunities for rest. The FAA has acknowledged in the past that a one-size-fits-all approach will not work," said UPS Airlines spokesman Mike Mangeot.
