Don't make fundraising harder than it has to be

Founders can get off track by acting as if the fundraising process is more complicated than it really is, writes Sam Altman. "It's actually quite simple; if you have a good company, you will probably be able to raise money," Altman writes. At its core, the process is really about connecting with investors, encouraging a bit of healthy competition between them and explaining what makes your company so promising.
