Eating healthy can be more challenging for off-campus students

It can be expensive and difficult for University of Nebraska students on a tight budget to find healthy foods off-campus, but some say it can be done if they control portions and avoid fast food. Assistant Director of Dining Services Pam Edwards said students on a university meal plan have healthy food options, and her department provides education about nutrition to help students learn to make the best choices.
