Lower post-breakfast period glucose leads to better A1C in diabetes

Lower glucose levels in the post-breakfast period had the greatest impact on A1C rates in type 1 diabetes patients, researchers reported in the journal Diabetes Technology & Therapeutics. They also found better nocturnal glucose control helped improve breakfast meal period glucose.
