Ballot measures could undo California workers' comp overhaul

Signature gathering has been approved for three ballot measures that could overturn portions of California's newly overhauled workers' compensation program. The measures could give permanently disabled workers higher benefits and clear them to sue employers in state court over injuries incurred while working.
