Panelists urge quick action on infrastructure

Iona College in New Rochelle, N.Y., convened a national panel on Tuesday to discuss America's crumbling infrastructure. Referring frequently to ASCE's report card, speakers urged outrage -- and action -- regarding roads, bridges, sewers and electric transmission. More than 200 people attended the discussions led by lawmakers, academics and business executives.
