Study: Food ads may be a culprit in obesity among Hispanic youth:

Spanish-language ads for quickservice restaurant foods and high-calorie drinks may be helping to drive up obesity rates among Hispanic youth, according to a Johns Hopkins Children's Center study. The two largest Spanish-language channels in the U.S. feature two to three food commercials hourly during after-school viewing periods, with one in three targeting children specifically.
