Parents of students with disabilities worry about school-closure plan

Parents of students with disabilities at one Kansas City, Mo., elementary school were among those who attended an event designed to gather community feedback about the possible closure of district schools under a consolidation plan. Parents praised the teachers at Wheatley Elementary School -- which has many features that make it accessible for students with disabilities -- and expressed concerns about whether other schools would be able to meet their children's needs.
