Employers take cues from reality TV with bizarre interviewing tactics

More companies are putting job candidates through tough interviews, such as pitting them face-to-face against other candidates or asking them weird questions, such as "If Germans were the tallest people in the world, how would you prove it?" Such tactics have arisen from an overflow of candidates and the influence of reality television shows such as "The Apprentice," experts say.
