Groups disappointed over planned cuts for PEPFAR, health program

The Health Global Access Project has objected to planned cuts of more than $500 million from the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, as specified in President Barack Obama's budget proposal for 2013. Doctors Without Borders has expressed disappointment over a planned $300 million cut for the Global Health Initiative.
