Don't make me wait: Why customers leave your lines

Customers aren't going to wait longer than 10 minutes for service, a recent poll shows, and even that length of time is going to turn some of them irate enough to bail on your business. Businesses can erase the wait with virtual queuing systems and other technology, or at least create multiple servers for a single line, writes Perry Kuklin, marketing and business development director for Lavi Industries.
