Event gives Iowa students chance to show off STEM skills

The Quad-City Engineering and Science Council recently held a banquet honoring the achievements of high-school students involved in robotics and other science, technology, engineering and math projects. "Kids are smart," Vince Bertram, president and CEO of Project Lead The Way said. "They're inquisitive. We have to be careful not to shut that down."
