Calif. flying club donates $6,000 to Honor Flight

The Bakersfield Flying Club in California has raised more than $6,000 for Honor Flight Kern County. "The vets were grateful for the donation, but it was really us who were grateful to them for all they did and the sacrifices they made," said Bill Woodbury, president of the Bakersfield Flying Club. Honor Flight provides free flights for veterans to view the World War II memorial in Washington, D.C.
