Raven + Lily helps at-risk women make use of design skills

Kirsten Dickerson and Sophia Lin started Raven + Lily to give disadvantaged women with design skills opportunities to put their talents to good use. The company works with women from around the world to produce jewelry, apparel and other products. Cameron Crake, the company's first hire, says Raven + Lily, which is largely dependent on technology and social media, prefers to use technology that can be paid for month-to-month and would love to see a program that allows all its programs and apps to work together.
