Campbell's solves salt problem, makes soup healthy again

Campbell Soup Co. can legitimately bring back its '80s slogan, "Soup is good food," thanks to a breakthrough in the company's quest to reduce the high sodium content in canned soup without diminishing its flavor. Campbell's, which stopped marketing soup as a healthy food in part because of the high sodium content, is switching to form of sea salt in selected soups, resulting in a 25% cut in sodium levels overall.
