Michigan city to charge insurers for accidents

A Michigan city has passed a measure to charge the insurers of at-fault drivers between $150 and $300 for responses to traffic accidents. The Wyoming City Council voted 4-3 in favor of the measure, despite concerns insurers could boost premiums in response.
