U.K.'s value-added milk sector posts growth

Nestle and Unilever are among the CPG companies looking to capitalize on the 30% annual growth rate of the U.K.'s value-added dairy market. Functional foods are posting the highest percentage of growth in the area, but the lion's share of revenue is still being generated from organic milk sales, a new report says.
