Chef aims to create globally themed, cutting-edge concept

Chef Michael Voltaggio arrived at The Greenbrier resort with a mission: Create a five-star dining experience for a globally themed restaurant. In advance of the June opening of Hemisphere, Voltaggio has been using sciencelike experiments to gather essential oils and cook vacuum-packed meats in innovative ways.
