Starbucks brews campaign to stretch sales outside stores

Starbucks is increasing efforts to sell products outside its stores through wider distribution, a new ad campaign and, perhaps soon, vending machines in an attempt to put its cup in customers' hands, wherever they are. "When they walk out of that store, when they go back to that first place -- home -- or that second place -- work -- it's not like they're not drinking coffee," a company executive said.
