Tropicana feels the squeeze of loyal customers

PepsiCo announced that the new packaging for Tropicana Pure Premium orange juice, introduced in January, is being scrapped. The company will return to its longtime logo featuring an orange poked through with a candy cane-striped straw, in response to customer complaints about the new design. Neil Campbell, president at Tropicana North America in Chicago, said the volume of complaints wasn't overwhelming, but the complaints were from the brand's most loyal customers.
