Cargo jet searched in Miami following stowaway incident

The body of an apparent stowaway fell from the wheel well of a Miami-bound cargo jet as it was taking off last week, causing a brief runway shutdown at the Las Americas International Airport in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The pilot continued to Miami International Airport, where the Amerijet cargo plane was taken to a remote inspection area. The victim's name was not released, and officials were uncertain how he accessed the airport's secure area.
