Is "easy pay" system key to Web publishing's future?

With ads no longer enough to support quality online content, a new pay model under which users would be charged 10 cents per session to access a wide variety of sites is being suggested by David Moore, founder of 24/7 Real Media and chairman of the IAB board. Moore outlined the so-called "easy pay" system in a speech Sunday at the IAB Annual Leadership Meeting in Carlsbad, Calif.
