Fontainebleau should be mothballed, analyst says

Carl Icahn, the new owner of the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, has not announced plans for the unfinished resort with 3,812 hotel rooms. One analyst recommends mothballing the project for up to five years until Las Vegas rebounds from the recession. "As far as the market goes, we just don't need more supply," said Union Gaming Group co-founder Bill Lerner.
