Gov. Schwarzenegger pushes for infrastructure spending

California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has declared "the worst is over" for his state economically. The governor now wants the federal government to focus on infrastructure and spend $2.2 trillion on it nationwide. "We've got to rebuild our state, and the whole country has to rebuild itself," Schwarzenegger said.
