Utah teachers use exercise to focus students on lessons

Some Utah educators have found unique ways to incorporate recess and movement into busy academic schedules. One first-grade teacher leads her students in 10-minute activities to get her students moving. Students participate in dance, visual arts or music during "transitional activities" designed to keep students alert and focused.
