AMR forecasts $1B in revenue after bankruptcy

AMR Corp., the parent company of American Airlines, says it will emerge from bankruptcy with opportunities for $1 billion in new revenue. Cost savings will allow AMR "to create the premier airline for high-value customers, who choose airlines based on network, alliances, products and services," said Chief Commercial Officer Virasb Vahidi.
