Study: Aspirin as effective as Plavix for PAD patients

Researchers who followed 229 patients with peripheral artery disease in Germany and Switzerland found that low-dose aspirin and Plavix were equally effective in combination with walking therapy. After 12 weeks of treatment, there was no statistical difference in the lengths that both groups could walk without pain.
