Ind. employers urged to be proactive about wellness

Indiana employers should be more proactive and take leadership roles in wellness, Neace Lukens chief wellness officer Mike Campbell told the Jeffersonville Workplace Wellness Symposium. Campbell said his company asks employees to have a written health plan and follows the five pillars of wellness: physical, career, social, financial and spiritual.
