Study finds limits to antioxidant benefits

Research indicates that health benefits of antioxidants don't include protection from stroke and dementia in old age. Epidemiologist Elizabeth Devore looked at diets of people in the Netherlands and found that overall antioxidant intake did not correlate with protection, though intake of vitamins C and E did.
