Appeals court blasts FCC over anti-piracy devices

A U.S. appeals court judge blasted the FCC and said the regulatory agency "crossed the line" in requiring electronic devices include copyright-protection technology to prevent piracy. "Are you going to regulate washing machines next?" the judge said.
