Cadbury unfazed by rivals' push

"We dance with elephants all the time, but we are operating away from the cola world and staying on flavors," said Todd Stitzer, CEO of Cadbury Schweppes, about rivals Coca-Cola and Pepsico. Stitzer said he expects the company to hold its own in the soft drinks market, adding that the performance of its confectionery units could be affected by the implementation of "major new systems" in the U.K. and Canada.
