Mag group launching $40 million promo

With online advertising getting lots of hype, the Magazine Publishers of America is launching a three-year, $40 million campaign designed to focus marketers' attention on the value of magazine advertising. Jack Kliger, CEO of Hachette Filipacchi Media, said, "I think everyone realized that the magazine industry has been lacking in a uniform voice about what is right with us."
