Northrop moves subassembly work for Global Hawk to Mississippi

Northrop Grumman is moving subassembly work for the Global Hawk unmanned reconnaissance jet from Palmdale, Calif., to Jackson County, Miss. The move will help control the cost of the program. Final assembly and flight tests will continue to be conducted at Edwards Air Force Base in Palmdale.
