7-year-old hopes to retool online learning law

A home-schooled 7-year-old in Florida is hoping to change a state law that requires students to spend the year in a public-school classroom before enrolling in online courses. Jessica Howard says she wants lawmakers to change that rule so she and other children who are home-schooled or enrolled in private schools can have access to online teachers and resources.
