Congress to address chemical facility security regulation

The Homeland Security Committees in the House and Senate say they plan to push ahead with legislation to regulate security at the nation's chemical facilities. The House is planning to mark up legislation by May to regulate security at facilities that store or process dangerous chemicals and to reauthorize the Homeland Security Department to regulate security at chemical facilities.
