GMA on food safety: Focus on action, not agency

While the U.S. Department of Agriculture might inspect pizzas with meat and the Food and Drug Administration might inspect those with cheese, GMA's Scott Faber says it's important to focus on what the agencies are doing, not who is doing it. Better inspections for imported products and mandatory -- not voluntary -- recalls of tainted products are among the top changes needed.
