Tips for preventing employee fraud

Fraud is on the rise among small businesses, many of which lack the resources to detect or deal with cash being lifted from the cash register or books being altered. Some things small shops can do to prevent fraud include: keeping an eye on bank account summaries, installing a video camera, conducting surprise audits and making it risk-free for employees to report misconduct of their co-workers.
