Women increasingly are taking on leadership roles at the country's business schools. "You're seeing more and more women who take on the role of associate dean or interim dean and say: 'Not only can I do this, but I kind of like it.' This is a permanent upward trend," said John Fernandes, president of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. BusinessWeek also offers a slide show of female deans at top schools.
