CMS initiates test run of outpatient imaging measures

The CMS is undertaking a 30-day national test run involving data reporting for the Hospital Outpatient Quality Data Reporting Program's four Outpatient Imaging Efficiency measures. The trial aims to make hospitals more familiar with the measures and the production procedure, as well as allow them to forward to the CMS comments and queries regarding the measures. The test period will end March 18.
