Entrepreneur works social mission into business plan

For White Dog Café owner Judy Wicks, activism and social consciousness have always been part of her business. So when she sold her restaurant brand, she included the social mission in a unique licensing agreement. Wicks, who also co-founded Urban Outfitters' predecessor company, emphasizes the importance of social entrepreneurship, which she describes as "a triple-bottom-line business of people, planet and profit."
