Web-marketing vehicles deliver new customers for a price

New Web-marketing services are driving new customers to the small businesses that employ them, but the coupons they offer can carry a weighty price. Chicago's Balani Custom Clothiers, for example, netted more than 460 newcomers in one day -- which hopefully will turn into repeat business -- but Groupon got half the earnings from the gift certificates sold.
