Gerard: Obama corporate-tax-reform proposal is "discriminatory"

A corporate-tax-reform plan unveiled by the Obama administration is "discriminatory" and would cost the U.S. oil and natural gas industry $85 billion, said Jack Gerard, president and CEO of the American Petroleum Institute. The plan would ultimately stifle job generation and investments, he said. The industry supports corporate-tax reform, but it opposes a "tax policy picking winners and losers," Gerard added.
