Baby boomers hold 70% of U.S. wealth and spend the lion's share of leisure travel dollars, but consultant Barry Klein is hard-pressed to think of one restaurant brand that markets to the influential group. "Boomers are incredibly diverse and have the most varied interests of all age groups," writes Klein, adding that restaurants that figure out how to market to them will reap the rewards.
