Online video isn't a magic bullet

Marketers shouldn't assume that slapping a video on their site will guarantee them increased traffic, writes Jerry Spelic. Neither search engine crawlers nor consumers are overly impressed by videos these days, and more interactive and creative content often performs better, Spelic writes. "Videos are great tools, but they are not the 'one-size-fits-all' solution that they seem," he warns.
