SEC's Schapiro is worried about high-frequency trading's impact

Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro said she is concerned that high-frequency trading might be a problem, but the regulator doesn't know enough about it to take action to protect capital markets. "We need to have a much deeper understanding of the impact of high-frequency trading on our markets," she said.
